Why SLF

Built on the ground, not on a landing page

Source Launch Fulfill exists because launching a physical product normally means hiring a sourcing agent, a freight forwarder, a marketing agency, and a 3PL: four vendors who have never met, each pointing at the next when something slips. We do the whole line, and we're accountable for the whole line.

Why brands pick us

Four things most partners can't say

CN

People in Asia

Business associates on the ground in China and Asia: factory visits, real-time supplier communication, and trade show representation.

QC

Three-stage inspection

SGS checks pre-production, during production, and pre-shipment, before the balance payment goes out. We engage them, which is the only arrangement where the report means anything.

US

Broker network at the ports

We work directly with licensed customs brokers at every major US port of entry, so entries are filed before the vessel arrives.

WH

Our own warehouses

Facilities of our own, not rented racks at somebody else's 3PL. Four are shipping today and three more open within sixty days. Your freight goes from the port straight into our building.

The founder

Fifteen years on factory floors

Bailey Buoniello has spent 15+ years working directly with Chinese manufacturers and global suppliers, and still runs his own importing brands alongside the agency.

  • 15+ years sourcing direct from manufacturers in China and wider Asia
  • 8+ Canton Fairs walked as a buyer, not a visitor
  • A 10-year China business visa, so a factory visit is a flight, not a project
  • One of the first live selling accounts on Whatnot
  • Still importing weekly for his own brands, which is where the advice comes from
A note from the founder

I didn't set out to run an agency. I was buying product and selling it, and I still am. My own brands are importing every week.

That's where this came from. For years I was the one in the middle. The sourcing agent pointed at the freight forwarder, the forwarder pointed at the warehouse, and I was the one paying while they worked it out. Nobody was lying. Everybody did their piece. The goods still sat.

So we do all three ourselves. It isn't a strategy so much as the setup I wish I'd had.

One more thing. If what you send us isn't a fit, we'll say so. I'd rather lose the job than take it and do it badly.

What the whole line looks like

One client, one product, one continuous chain, from factory quote to funded campaign to backer parcels leaving our dock.

SourcedVetted

Factory found and audited, samples iterated against a written spec, and terms negotiated with the tooling in the client's name.

LaunchedFunded

Reward tiers priced from the real landed cost, campaign built and managed daily through to funding.

FulfilledShipped

Freight in through the port of entry, backer data reconciled, every reward tier packed and tracked out of our own warehouse.

One partner, end to end

One partner. One accountable chain.

Sourcing, freight, launch, and fulfillment under one roof, so there is nobody left to point at when something goes wrong.
