Crowdfunding and social launches that actually convert
A great product nobody has heard of doesn't sell. We build and run the campaign, from the page and video to the pre-launch audience, ad spend, and live optimization, or take a brand straight to market on social. Because we source too, we know your real landed cost, so the campaign gets priced to make money rather than just to fund.
Everything between a finished product and a funded one
Campaign strategy
Goal setting, reward tier architecture, pricing, stretch goals, and timeline, built backward from the margin rather than forward from a wish.
Pre-launch audience
The campaign is won before it opens. Landing pages, reservation funnels, and an email list built and warmed in the weeks before you go live.
Page & video production
Campaign page copy, design, and the video, which is the single highest-leverage asset on any crowdfunding page.
Paid advertising
Meta, TikTok, and search. Testing before launch, scaling during, and honest reporting on what each dollar returned.
Live campaign management
Daily optimization while the campaign runs: ad spend, updates, backer communications, and the mid-campaign slump that kills unmanaged projects.
Social media marketing
For brands going direct instead of crowdfunding: content, paid social, creator partnerships, and channel growth.
Live commerce
Selling live on Whatnot, TikTok Shop, and Amazon Live. A channel most sellers still ignore, run by someone who was on Whatnot early.
Post-campaign conversion
The campaign ends, the business doesn't. Moving backers and audience onto your own store and keeping the revenue going.
Pledge manager setup
BackerKit, PledgeBox or Gamefound, set up on your account before the survey goes out. Catching the variant and add-on structure beforehand is the difference between a pick list and a puzzle, and the survey is also where shipping gets charged against the cartons that actually exist rather than the estimate written into the campaign page a year earlier.
Backer fulfillment handoff
We ship the campaign out of our own warehouses, so the promise you made on the page is one we're accountable for.
Looking for a Kickstarter marketing agency?
That is most of what this service is. Pre-launch audience building, the campaign page and video, paid media on Meta, TikTok and search, and daily management while the campaign runs. If you are comparing crowdfunding marketing agencies, here is what the work actually consists of and what to check before you hire anyone for it.
What the work actually is
- The audience is built before you launch, not during. Campaigns are largely decided in the first 48 hours, and what happens in those 48 hours is people who already signed up. An agency whose plan starts on launch day is planning to rescue a campaign rather than win one.
- The video is the highest-leverage asset on the page, and it is the one most often produced last and cheapest.
- Paid media is a testing exercise first. The creative that works is found before launch, on a small budget, against a reservation funnel. Scaling an untested ad on day one is how budgets disappear.
- Live management is daily work. The mid-campaign slump is predictable and it kills unmanaged projects, because ad performance decays and updates stop.
What to ask any crowdfunding marketing agency
- Who owns the ad account and the email list? If the answer is not you, you are renting your own audience and you lose it when the engagement ends.
- Is the fee tied to funds raised? A percentage of the raise rewards a big number, and a big number raised at the wrong price is how a funded project fails to deliver.
- Did they price the rewards against a landed cost, or against what looks good? This is the question that separates a marketing exercise from a business.
- What happens the day after the campaign closes? Most agencies are finished there. That is the day the hard part starts.
Where we are different, and where we are not
We are not the biggest crowdfunding marketing agency and we do not run the largest media budgets. What we do that a pure marketing agency structurally cannot is price the campaign against a landed cost we worked out ourselves, because we sourced the product, and then ship it out of our own warehouses afterwards.
That matters because the most common way a funded campaign becomes a failure is a promise made in the marketing that the manufacturing and shipping could never keep. A great campaign priced on a guessed freight number is a well-marketed problem.
If you already have a product, a manufacturer and a fulfillment plan and you only want media buying, a specialist ad agency may well serve you better, and we will say so.
From product to funded
Frequently asked
Can you guarantee my campaign will fund?
No, and anyone who does is lying to you. What we control is preparation, audience, creative, and spend, which is most of what determines the outcome.
Do I need a finished product first?
You need a working prototype and real manufacturing costs. Campaigns launched on a render and a hope are where the horror stories come from.
What does it cost?
Management is scoped to the campaign; ad spend is separate and yours. You get the fee and a recommended budget range in writing before anything is committed.
Do you handle the fulfillment afterward?
Yes, from our own US facilities. It's the part most creators underestimate and the most common reason a funded campaign turns into a disaster.
What if I'm not crowdfunding?
Then we run the social launch instead: paid social, content, creator partnerships, and live selling straight to your own store.
Which platform should I use?
It depends on category and audience. We'll give you a straight recommendation rather than defaulting to whichever we prefer.
Do you work with BackerKit?
Yes, and with PledgeBox and Gamefound. We work inside your account on your subscription, reading the export the same way your warehouse has to. We are a fulfillment vendor to those platforms, not a certified or preferred partner of any of them, and we get no preferential pricing to pass on.
